To place a domestic call
 Dial 1-0-1-0-3-2-1, then dial the number as usual (1, the area code and the telephone number you wish to call)

Example: to call 202-555-2345, simply dial 1-0-1-0-3-2-1, 1-202-555-2345.

To place an international call
 Dial 1-0-1-0-3-2-1, then dial the number as usual (0-1-1, the country code and the telephone number that you wish to call)

Example: to call 011 81 555 5678 in Japan, simply dial 1-0-1-0-3-2-1, 011 81 555 5678.

To place an international call to a country that uses area code
 Dial 1-0-1-0-3-2-1, then dial the number as usual (1, the area code of a country and the telephone number you wish to call)

Example: to call 555-2311 in Barbados, simply dial 1-0-1-0-3-2-1, 1-246-555-2311.
